What:

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are lying down. A sound facilitator, Lizette Nevarez, will guide you in meditation and play various instruments, such as, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and more.

Why:

These harmonious vibrations will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation! A sound bath will help you release tension, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.

Who:

This experience is suitable for all! No previous experience in meditation or sound therapy is required. Come with a friend, partner, family, or on your own and enter in a peaceful state of mind.

What to bring:

You only need a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket for comfort.
