Join us on our sandy dance floor and reconnect to yourself, release all that is no longer serving you, and dance into the embodied version of yourself you dream of being
So We Are is a guided dance journey and this will be facilitated by our founder, Katie Grimes.

Check in and Stretch- 5:50-6:15
Opening Circle & Mediation- 6:15
Dance- 6:30-7:25
Close- 7:25-7:30
