Join us for a spooktacular event at KUBO LB in Long Beach, CA! Get into the festive spirit by participating in our Halloween Cookie Decorating Workshop. We’ve collaborated with KUBO LB to host a free cookie decorating workshop with a kit purchase just for Filipino American History Month, or FAHM! Polvoron is a delectable no-bake shortbread cookie that’s a beloved treat in the Philippines. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create a dozen of these delightful cookies under the guidance of Chef Abs and Christine. Plus, you get to enjoy your creations and take them home. They will show decorating techniques, tips, provide toppings, and share the recipe. The workshop includes instruction, ingredients, tools, toppings, and a giveaway. Come make polvoron cookies and meet the S&G team!

But that’s not all… KUBO LB is hosting a simultaneous Pop-up Merkado event from 2:00-6:00 pm with local vendors, makers, and artists. Best part? You don’t need a workshop admission to attend the free Merkado event, so feel free to drop by and enjoy the festivities.
