Deep Dive: Tinctures

Go deep in this class that thoroughly covers how and why to make your own tinctures. We will make two tinctures in class, from dried herbs and from fresh, and you’ll end the day feeling excited and confident in your ability to create high quality tinctures from your kitchen apothecary. Lots of chemistry and algebra but I promise you it will be fun, and I’ll even show you ways around the algebra.

Please Bring To Class:

• two sanitized jars, 8 to 12 ounces
• Alcohol of choice, minimum 100 proof
• Chopping board
• Knife
