Beliz Law Firm Sponsors Independence Day Sober Rides Campaign for Safer Communities

The Beliz Law Firm is proud to sponsor the Independence Day Sober Rides Campaign, aiming to make our communities safer during the upcoming holiday. As a leading advocate for personal injury victims in Southern California, the firm is committed to promoting responsible choices and preventing accidents, particularly those resulting from impaired driving.

Participants in the campaign can easily ensure their safety by calling an Uber, Lyft, or taxi if they have been drinking, and submitting their receipt for reimbursement. To qualify, rides must start and/or end within Long Beach, be taken during the eligible time frame, and participants must be 21 years or older.

“We believe in providing a safe journey home for everyone,” said Michael A. Beliz, founder of the Beliz Law Firm. “By offering free rides, we aim to make a positive impact and reduce accidents caused by impaired driving. It’s our way of giving back to the community and protecting our fellow citizens.“

The campaign reimburses up to $30.00 for one, one-way ride, including a tip of up to 10% on the base fare. Participation is limited to the first 500 submissions for rides taken from 8PM on July 3, 2023 until 10AM on July 5, 2023, and submissions must be made within 7 days of the qualifying holiday, accompanied by a receipt, photocopy of a valid driver’s license, and a PayPal email address.
