Tamales made with corn masa stuffed with roasted poblano peppers and fresh cheese wrapped in a corn husk offer a soft texture with a slightly smoky taste.

Champurrado- Mexican hot chocolate drink made with masa harina, piloncillo, cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, heavy cream, and chocolate paste.

Fresh-made salsa de molcajete- Roasted tomatoes, roasted tomatillo, roasted garlic, and chiles de arbol asados.
