Introducing Coffee Contemporary, a passion project that brings together a collective of coffee loving creatives and individuals. Coffee Contemporary’s mission is to provide a platform for artists to share their work by organizing thematic group exhibitions. Their first exhibition will take place with their friends at Black Ring Coffee Roasters on the north side of Long Beach. The first theme will be “Coffee Identities” asking artists to create a portrait of what coffee means to them and their daily lives.

Featured exhibiting artists are Jazmin Salas, Yumi Yamazaki, Aaron Gonzalez, Joshua Vazquez, Veronica Velazquez-Aviles, Kiani Wish, and Michel Manalese. Food will be provided by Sevaser Carnita Asada and Tecuani Tamalli. Musical performances by dreamy indie rock band Marguerite.
