Join us for a special 3-parts Ultimate Chakra Healing Experience to tap into your body, mind, and soul.

Connect with your body through breathwork and yoga practices; release stagnant energy and find your center through Reiki and Sound Healing; and rebalance your chakras through acupuncture. In the first part of the series, we’ll be focusing on the first three Chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus).

root chakra: you don’t feel grounded, there’s a disconnection between your body and soul, you find yourself questioning old-limiting beliefs, there’s a lack of sense for safety or stability.

sacral chakra: you haven’t been feeling very creative lately; you seem to experience a lack of passion, pleasure, sensuality; you feel emotionally unbalanced; you’re struggling with fertility; you feel like you don’t belong; the relationships you cultivate with others feel stagnant.

solar plexus chakra: you lack confidence and low self-esteem; you’re questioning your identity and power; there is no balance between your personal and work life; you’re struggling with decision-making and not feeling in control.
