Inner Teen Seance

Cynthia of RIR loves Halloween and a reason to get into it. This is an invitation to come as your inner teen energy.

Dress code: Whether you feel called to come dressed as you would in your teens or how you wish you would have dressed or if you want to come in pajamas or a halloween costume, your inner teen is welcome. This is a space to welcome all of them back.

Process: In this seance, we feature softness. Regardless of our inner teen years, this event is fun and honors your teen stories! This is a 45min guided visualization and soundbath by Rooted in Reflection Cynthia Perez, LCSW and 310BrujaMagic. Last 15 min is for music and creative flow with our inner teen.

Materials: Please bring something to rest on like a yoga mat or towel and something to cover your eyes if you’d like. Feel free to bring a photo of your teenage self or an object or snack your teen self loves. Feel free to bring an offering to your teen spirit in the form of art, a poem, a flower, a symbol, a rock in your shoe or just a moment of silence.

This is not a therapy group.
