We will all gather around our communal dining table to connect and learn more about this cultural tradition. We can’t wait for you to join us for this unforgettable cultural experience!
Menu:
Tamales made with corn masa stuffed with roasted poblano peppers and fresh cheese wrapped in a corn husk offer a soft texture with a slightly smoky taste.
Champurrado- Mexican hot chocolate drink made with masa harina, piloncillo, cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, heavy cream, and chocolate paste.
Fresh-made salsa de molcajete- Roasted tomatoes, roasted tomatillo, roasted garlic, and chiles de arbol asados.
